can't say exactly what it is but seems to me that you need to check at least for two conditions. one is called easy bruisability and means that the wall of your micro-vessels (capillaries) are fragile. this is not necessarily a disease and may reflect how hard you scratch when you itch. the dark spots seem to be blood that is oozing across the wall of the vessels. if you cut your hand and bleeding stops in a reasonable then you won't have any problem with your blood but better to have your blood checked.

the second thing deserves attention is having your skin examined for a series of blistering diseases called pemphigus. you mention easy formation of blisters after scratching. this should not be normal. but i actually got little information from reviewing your question. just wanted to aware you of the existence of such an entity. check with your skin doctor.

the history you are providing here is not very compatible with a fungal infection. but you need to visit a dermatologist if you doubt about the diagnosis.
i am sorry i could not provide with you more than this but hope it helps
i am a MD
