it's a new situation, you probably don't want to make him unhappy, so that makes you nervous, like you have to deliver... don't worry so much!!

You are nervous because he will now find out how you really are and how you live. If you live trife then yes you should be worried...but if you handle your business you should be just fine. Just be yourself. I'm sure the two of you have spent the night together; should not be much difference other than waking up together every morning together. Being together for that long it should be a minor thing that will pass.

Don't worry girl, it is nothing to be embarassed about.
You are just not used to sharing your bed with somebody else and you will more than likely get over it in time. The more you get used to sharing a bed the easier it will get to fall asleep.
I used to have the same problem when I moved in with my first boyfriend, I wasn't used to actually "sleeping" when we slept together... LOL. You'll get over it. Good luck!

If you have been together for 4 years why would you move in without the benefit of marriage?
Perhaps it is your conscience that your moral behavior is not in aggreement with your moral standard.
Do you have plans to wed. If he got a dog he would have to have a license. Why would you put yourself in a lower position than a dog?
Get married and make it right.

I would be nervous too, If you are afraid of being rejected it's hard to sleep. You'll get comfortable with him in time. Or, you could become a tall chicken and lay eggs, that would solve all of your problems!! Cluck Cluck, The tall chicken bandit strikes again!!!!!

Well if you haven't slept with anyone for along time or ever it will take a long time to get used to it. But once you do then you wont be able to sleep alone till you get over it

You are feeling like a new bride? But you are not married. Why not do it the right way. Get married, be a bride, go for a honeymoon and come back to your (and his) home not his.

Sometimes it's just a matter of knowing that you are sleeping in a new place. Don't worry about it, it's normal.
