I think that it is very inconsiderate of him due to the lateness of the hour. However i feel respect is not at hand after all he is an adult there aren't any curfew laws in effect.

Well depends on the situation, Did he work over, stay out late with friends, have car trouble ?
Unless he has a good reason why he never called or told you he would be home late then hell yes it is very disrespectful. Keep you up waiting and worrying.

He HASN'T done anything wrong! Now if you come home at 5 a.m., you've got some explaining to do. This is just the kind of double standard world we live in honey, get used to it and be thankful he's even coming home!

Well it depends on the communication and understanding that you have before he left the house. If he was just out wth the fella's then yes. Very disrespectful.
There are usually on three things that are done that time of moring
1. sleeping
2. getting up for work
3. having sex
Take your pick

Not if you know where he's been and what he was doing. I've had a few late nights where the only thing going on was a poker game. If he's doing it every single weekend and never has a reason for it than the only thing wrong with that is that you are still with him.

HAHAHA Why is he out WITHOUT you anyways? It is a known fact that people have a tendency to cheat after midnight and too many people can get into way too much trouble between midnight and 5 a.m. HELL YES, IT'S DISRESPECTFUL!
Why don't you try strolling in at 5 a.m. and see how HE reacts?

No, because you put up with it.When you disrespect someone you are doing something to someone whom you respect that hurts them. He obviously doesnt respect you so he cant disrespect you. Show him how it feels and after dinner one night, go out and just tell him you're going out with some friends. And bye, dont wait up, i may be late, i dont know whats going on after the club!!! He will freak out and if he doesnt, go find someone else.

Depends what he did. If all he has done was stay out until 5 then he has done nothing wrong unless you had something planned.

I personally think it's disrespectful to not even attempt correct grammar.
However, to answer your questions I think it is only disrespectful in the case that you wre unaware of his location. In the fact that since he is 'ur man' it's his job to keep you up-to-date on his arrival time.

maybe he hasn't done anything wrong....he could have just been hanging out with his friends....he should at least let you know that he is going to be out late, though, and if he wasn't planning on staying late, he should call you if those plans change....
