the moon diet is:

"The secret is to fast
for 24 hours -- only liquids may be consumed -- but only coinciding with the time the change in the moon’s cycle takes effect.
One of the main factors that influence the weight loss is the capacity our body has to absorb water. This is tied to the attracting
force, greatly demonstrated, that the moon exercises over liquids, even more so when there is a lunar change. In other words,
This diet is based on the theory that bodily liquids tend to follow the rhythm of the tides-- which are known to be influenced by the
moon. The weight loss is not only affected by the day of fasting, not eating solids between those hours also has the effect of
detoxification, therefore, greatly increasing weight loss.

A person can lose between 2 to 3 kgs. (4.4-6.6 lbs.) during the 24-hour fasting period, which weight is not easily regained because the
diet stimulates the elimination of the liquids during the successive days as well. Naturally, this will vary according to the balanced diet
and metabolism of each individual. This diet is known to work best if performed with a balanced diet, including a calorie-count
proportionate to the energy-use."

I haven't tried it but it sure does sound interesting.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://tinyurl.im/aHLsu

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

What is the Moon Diet???!!!

In response to your question, I will try to explain: As a result of an unhealthy diet, bad digestion, and stress, our bodies have excessive fluids and waste materials that make us gain weight faster. The moon diet is based on the gravity of the moon. The gravity of the moon not only influences the oceans and the rivers, but it also influences body fluids. On this diet, it is important to determine when the moon changes, as the greatest potential for this influence is during the first 24 hours, because it takes 24 hours for the magnetic field of the Earth to change. The Moon Diet is believed to help people lose up to 6.6 lbs within 24 hours and that weight is not supposed to return if you do it correctly. This diet is only for one day, but you have to have a lot of discipline to stay away from solid food for a full 24 hours. Following the Full Moon schedule, you basically fast for 24 hours. You need to drink lots of liquids (water, tea, coffee, fresh fruit juices, clear broths) but no milk, sugar, or salt. Juices cannot have pulp or sugar and they have to be natural. This diet is basically for detoxing the body of excess fluids and toxins, and it is recommended at every full moon. This diet is also recommended when you reach a plateau, but it has to be followed according to the moon phase schedule.

The "Moon Diet" is a revolutionary method which allows weight loss of up to 3 kgs. (6.6 lbs.) in a day. The secret is to fast
for 24 hours -- only liquids may be consumed -- but only coinciding with the time the change in the moon’s cycle takes effect.

You can only have liquid intake. In other words, vegetable and fruit juices with low sugars, juices from boiled vegetables and water.
You may have fruit only if it is liquefied, but never solid. Choose varieties that contain low sugars. If you prepare liquefied fruits, you
may leave in their well-cleansed peels. In sum, you should drink between 3 and 4 liters of liquid in the 24-hour fasting period. You may
not drink milk, carbonated or non-carbonated refreshing drinks (e.g., soda) or alcohol. Coffee and tea are permitted in low quantities,
however, not recommended.

The diet must be followed in detail and it is crucial to fast continuously for 24-hours from the time the change of the moon cycle takes
effect. For example, if the moon’s change takes effect on July 20 at 3:20 a.m., it is not necessary to wake up at that time to drink your
liquids. However, if the moon’s change takes effect on August 3 at 8:14 a.m., you may have breakfast which include solids prior to that
time; your diet would then begin at 8:14 a.m.

Not only does this diet allow you to lose weight, but it also leaves you with beautiful, glowing skin and helps combat acne. It is impossible
to guarantee that everyone that gets on the diet will lose 2 to 3 kgs. (4.4-6.6 lbs.). Those that need to lose many pounds and have liquid
retention have a greater possibility of success. But, in any case, weight loss is achieved.
