Dulles isn't in D.C. and isn't a town, it's an airport, which is why this hotel would be way outside of the city (like 20 miles and an expensive ride in). If you want to stay in D.C. there are lots of good hotels.

It's not in D.C. per se; it's near Washington-Dulles International Airport in Dulles, Virginia, about 20 miles outside town. Great if you need to stay overnight for a connecting flight, but a bit of a drive if you're planning to tour downtown.
