I mean officially. And while we're at it, is pork classed as red or white? And if so what does that make Ham?

Duck is classed as fowl. Whilst pork is a white meat.
Ham can be made from pork and also turkey these days and considered in a category of it's own.

Duck is fowl, pork is white. Ham is considered white as well it gets it color from the curing process.

Duck would be poultry, and ham is also pork....neither of which are red meat. Pork is definitely white meat.....that's their slogan "the other white meat". I guess that makes poultry the original white meat.
