cheeky means being a little out of order with someone but in a cute way, that's why we Britts say....dont give me any cheek, also if you have to analyse it, it's really about impudence,audacity,boldness,frontery,insolence,pertness, rudeness, brazen,sauciness,presumption....do you get it now? all this defines what cheeky is.

Someone who is "cheeky" is a cad and to be shunned.
