Does that mean the soul is yours to sell by choice the moment you were born?
So the soul is given to you to do with as you please?
And back to the original question - if the soul is "yours" who is referred to by the word "yours"

Well done for observing that this word "soul" or "spirit" has not been properly defined.
The truth is that YOU do not HAVE a soul or spirit.
This is what YOU are. What you HAVE is a Mind and a Body.
But YOU are your own immortal soul.
