I fell off of a step ladder a few months back. It was a three step and I was on the second rung and "thought" I was on the bottom...bottom all right....fell right on it, smack...on a tile floor. Since then I have lower back pain, it really is bad towards morning...the pain wakes me up when I turn in bed...and it is hard to get out of bed...after I walk around a bit, it feels better...then the other day I went to a show and had to walk in a hurry so as to not be late...and it felt like my pelvis was cracking....I slowed down, the pain eased up. I take occasional Darvocet and Motrin to control pain but I don't know what else to do. I have been to a doctor and she prescribed physical therapy which I haven't did yet...bad nurse patient. The pain doesn't radiate down my legs either. Thanks for any answers. Miriam

Definitely go to physical therapy. When you contact the clinic, ask if there is a therapist who specializes in back and/or sacroiliac diagnoses. There is a strong possibility that the pelvic alignment was altered after the fall and that is why it hurts with movement transitions and fast walking. The PT will help decrease pain, correct the alignment, and improve your flexibility / strength to hold your pelvis in proper alignment.

My only other concern is if you had an XRAY. There is a small possibility of a coccyx fracture. I would look into this if pain does not resolve.

Interesting query. To let you know the reality, I quite do not pay concentration to these---the one studies having to do with Heaven and Hell that I pay concentration to are those through the Saints-----due to the fact those persons had been certainly very holy, adored God immensely and served Him to the maximum in their advantage (to not point out those studies did not frequently come to them after they had been close loss of life or supposedly died).
