How do I find a Company supporting me for a green card?

I am an engineer from europe. It is very hard to find a company that is willing to file for an labor certification. If you don´t have any relations, you wont have a chance. You have to apply in april and you will get the visa in october. Where to find an employer who is willing to wait such a long time, even when he is seeking for employees?

Sorry, you have to hunt for a job exactly the way the rest of us do. Yes, it's hard to find an employer who will sponsor you for immigration; you'll have to have something truly unique to offer.
