Some fundamentalist Christian religions don't consider Catholics to be Christians. They point out bible passages such as the one about calling no man "father" but 'God', and they consider Mary and saints to be types of idols, along with statues and holy paintings. Fundamentalists rankle at the idea of obtaining divine forgiveness from a priest and many of them certainly believe that Catholics will go to hell when they die.

Some Christians do not remember Roman Catholics to be truly Christians, and those are probably protestants. But essentially, Roman Catholics are Christian however now not all Christians are Catholic. Roman Catholics are lead by means of the Pope in Rome. Protestants do not appreciate the Pope's authority and are equipped into countless numbers of exceptional denominations. The Eastern Orthodox(Greek Orthodox, Russian Orthodox) additionally don't appreciate the Pope, even though their teachings and ceremonies are similar to the Roman Catholics. The Eucharist is meant to be Jesus's Body and Blood, this can be a Holy Sacrament, an overly main side of Catholic church rite. I do not suppose in it. I can variety of realize the thought however I am now not Catholic or Christian. Never be fearful of asking questions of your priest or fellow parishioners.

Yes, Catholics are Christians.
No, there are not separate Heavens for Catholics and non-Catholics. The Bible repeatedly speaks of "the Kingdom of Heaven," and never uses the plural to describe it.
There's no way anyone can NOT get along in Heaven. Fighting and arguing is not allowed -- or necessary.
By the time we Catholics meet up with Baptists in Heaven, our theological differences will have been settled. That's because we'll be with God, and whatever the truth really is, we'll know.

Catholics are Christians because we believe that Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior and that he died for our sins. He is part of the Holy Trinity - God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. The difference is that we believe that the Pope has the final say in Church teaching.
Other "subheadings" are denominations of the Protestant church (Baptist, Methodist, Presbyterian, etc.). They are all the result of the Protestant Reformation which began with Martin Luther in 1517.
We believe in one baptism for the forgiveness of sins. And praying to the saints and the Virgin Mary is the same as asking a friend to pray for you. We do not worship the saints or the Blessed Virgin - out of the 20 mysteries of the Rosary (Joyful, Sorrowful, Luminous and Glorious), Mary is only mentioned in 4 of them. In the Litany of the Saints and the Litany of Loretto, we ask the saints and Mary to "pray for us"; in the Litany of the Sacred Heart we ask Jesus to "have mercy on us."
I believe that there is only one Heaven for all of us - the basic teachings of Jesus get us there; we are separated here on earth by teachings that were created by Man.

There is only one God, one heaven and one church of Jesus Christ. Catholics are Christians and so are most Protestant denominations. All persons that go to heaven will get along because there will be no sin in heaven. It is sin that causes division and hatred and competition for God's attention.

I was raised Baptist and converted to Catholicism and I don't see why we can't get along here and in Heaven. My family and I get along and I have friends of many different denominations.

No, Catholics cannot go to heaven. Since Catholicism was the only church for 1400 years, that means nobody went to heaven for all that time.
