Well a human being is suppose to have 8 meals a day but they're not suppose to be huge meals. But if you can't have 8 meals a day you need to eat at least 3 times a day. And make sure your making a wise choice on what you eat. You don't wanna have 8 meals or 3 meals a day that are nasty and not good for you. Try healthy things such as chicken, oatmeal, brown rice things like that you should eat. Trust me I know my STEP-DAD IS A NATURAL PROFESSIONAL BODYBUILDER! =0)

A 2000 calorie diet for a full grown woman is good. Make sure you get a balnced amount of different foods and eat every meal. Snacking is okay too, as long as it is healthy. Good ideas for snacks are fresh fruit, tortilla chips and salsa, popcorn, a handful of nuts, or veggies and a low calorie dip.

You can eat as much food as you want everyday and not get fat as long as it's healthy.
But don't die from being too full.

You should consume about as many calories as you burn in a day. Someone who plays sports should consume about 3,000 calories a day, for an inactive person, 2,000 may be more than enough. Some iron man triathletes consume over 6,000 calories a day and never get fat.
