101 and 5'3" is un healthy as it is, you should gain at least 5 to 10 lbs to be in healthy weight range...

But no, if you continue an active lifestyle and eat a healthy amount (the usual is between 1500 and 2000 calories a day) then you will not gain weight. Fat is also not what you want to worry about. Your carb intake, and this includes sugars and starches as well, should be your focus. Carbs are broken down and stored as fat much easier than fat itself. A healthy amount of fiber helps the body break down carbs and pass them if unneeded.

OK, first of all, 3 grams of fat a day is NOT normal for anybody! Your fat intake should be 20%-25% of your total daily calories. And your calories should not be 1200 calories! Everybodys bodies are different. It depends on your height, your age, weight, what your bmi is, etc. I feel the best thing for you at this point would be to seek help from a nutritionist. They can teach you how many calories, fat,, sodium, carbohydrates, etc. your body needs to be healthy. Your body needs a certain amont of food and vitamins in order to generate energy for your body. There are alot of websites out there to help you with this, as well., if you can see a nutritionist right away. Here is a great website you can go to that will assist you in figuring this out for yourself. It's a good resource. :) nutrition.about.com. Good luck and be safe. :) ~Kendra Leigh

3 g of fat is a normal intake. as long as you use a healthy diet with lots of fresh fruit and veggies and follow a healthy exercise plan you should be able to maintain a healthy body weight.
