its very easy but the check mode for both husband / wafe are different to check physically that there partner has played sex else where or with another person
pls be specific that you want to know check mode for which one
a. hushand
b. wife

It not easy to determine. Unless he or she leaves traces for you. One of the tell tale signs is when they have lost all sexual interest with you. A more certain way is to hire a Private Investigator.

You could smell him to detect a faint perfume smell, look for different color hairs on his body (chest, pubic area, etc) but if he showers right afterward (like my lover does) then the evidence is washed away.
