First you should find out whats causing your skin to be so sesative and dry. Just using lotion will only moisturize your skin temporarily, it doesn't solve the problem though. Take a look at what your eating. Sometimes changing your diet is the best thing for your skin (not to mention the rest of your body). So, that means eat more foods with omega-3 fatty acids like seafood! Stay away from starchy and greasy foods. You also might need some vitamin A to help regenerate your skin so eat lots of fruit (cantaloupe has a lot of vitamin A). Basically eat a lot more fruits, veggies, and seafood :) Good luck!
Oh - but using a really good moisturizing lotion with natural ingredients while doing all this, isn't a bad idea either.

Clinique is massive - they heavily try it earlier it is going on sale - and purely on human 'guineapigs'! additionally they don't upload fragrance - ability a number of it smells 'different' yet it is because 'fragrance-loose' products are frequently that way because a chemical is added to neutralise the fragrance - which makes those issues seem more effective pores and skin-pleasant than they fairly are. Clinique are not as low-cost as Rimmel and No7 yet they very last some distance longer so workout a similar fee interior the lengthy-run. especially i respect the Superbalanced starting up position - is going on frivolously and continues to be positioned all day even however I honestly have dry cheeks and an oily T-zone.

Try the Aveeno products. They have oat meal in them and are quite soothing for dry sensitive skin. They make a lotion, stuff for the bath, etc. The only problem, is that their products cost a bit more than the standard ones.

Use Aveno it has oatmeal and helps greatly. I use it on my daughters sensitive skin. they also have a bath treatment. and they have a tube with hydrocortzone in it that prevents itching. Don't take hot showers. They strip the skin of natural oils. also use a salt scrub to remove excess dead skin.
