Why don't they make the bath seat that i use to have for my 8 year old daughter when she was a baby?? I am kicking myself for throwing it away now. It was just a simple one that had suction cups on the bottom and had a few toys that she could play with while i was bathing her. my son will be graduating from his infant tub soon so i went to get a bath seat...they only make one , it's called safety 1st tubside bath seat..i had no choice but to buy it...has no toys...did anyone feel the same way i do??

I'd check Ebay and garage sales for a bath seat. You could also ask around to friends that may have a baby that just grew out of theirs. If you prefer a new one then search online. There has to be something out there unless it's been deemed unsafe in which case you wouldn't want it anyway. Good Luck!!

I honestly have a similar one as loversherbaby.. the munchkin duck bathtub. dylan loves it. often times i will enable him take a seat in there even as i take a bath and then rinse him off with me even as i'm performed. it is inflatable so it is mushy if he leans decrease back or to the perimeters. also the toddler to toddler tubs have a part that you may take a seat in. dylan used that because he hated laying down too. he often times slumped over to the perimeters, yet see you later as youre there with him to make confident he would not fall face first into the water, he must be positive : )

Linda, try bathing him in the kitchen sink. This is fun for you and your son., Have toys on the back of the sink that he can use his motor skills in reaching.
