Sometimes you will and sometimes you wont. You can lose them that way, but not everytime.

Usually it depend on the type and brand of the contact lens. I used to wear contact lenses for swim. It was fine. Due to hygiene reasons i changed a new pair.

Better not to use contact lenses due to hygiene reasons.

I wear contacts, and I have opened my eyes underwater and not lost them. I try to keep the duration to only a few seconds, and also try not to move around too much to prevent strong water flow on my face.

Just don't abuse it and you should be fine.

Yes, the water would get under your contacts and take them out; never open your eyes under water with contacts in.

You shouldn't wear contacts under the water. The water between your eyes and the contact will irritate your eyes and cause an infection.

Yes, but not every time! It has happened to me before. Wear goggles, contacts are too expensive to replace so it's not worth the risk!
