I sell Medical Malpractice and all other lines specifically designed for medical practices. Does anyone have advise on how to get past the "gatekeeper" in a busy medical office?

lol. There's your problem. Trying to get "past" the gatekeeper.
Appeal to the gatekeeper and you will have much better luck.

However, your best bet is to mail or fax your information. Doctors preffer to read. Put in handwriting on the coverpage. "Per your request" and the gatekeeper will think the doc has already spoken with you and not interfere.
