As soon as the credit grantor reports to the credit bureau. For example maybe your Citibank mastercard reports to equifax on the 20th of the month. You pay on the 21st it will not show until the following month. You can go to www.creditboards.com and they have a database which shows what creditor reports to what credit bureau. Once you find that out. Then call credit bureau and ask them when credit grantor information is reported.
There is your answer.

Normally within 30 - 60 days. Most credit card companies do monthly updates with the credit reporting agencies.

i believe that they are required to report the new activity within 30 days. If they don't after 30 days they could get in trouble for reporting wrong information.
