The company I work for actually services all the AC types that you have listed, and we work for Bombardier AC in the USA. I would suggest at first, a fractional ownership. That way, you can look at the entire fleet, and match the AC with what you want as a customer. The costs vary greatly! Do you intend to travel intercontinental, or domestic. Are you willing to look at other AC types. Do you have your own AC crew, or would you have them supplied for you. Fuel costs are always a discussion point. Talk to various companies, compare your needs to the price they offer, then decide. There is a lot of options for these type of AC.
Good luck,
Greg

The prices vary, so go to your local Bombardier dealer and negotiate for your favorite plane and get the options that you want.
Remember if you have to ask the price, you can't afford one!!!

Why would you buy one? That gives you a great deal of responsibility. You should consider an airplane timeshare instead, where you buy '1/2' of an airplane, for example. You really buy the flying time, etc.

The range starts from 400,000 US dollars & goes up to 120,00,000 (depending on the engine configuration and the interiors---geneally the Saudi Seikhs buy this range when the kitchen door knobs are gold plated...for example).
