Or .. if i read for 15 min or work on the comp.. my eye starts watering ... is it that i need a specs?? ANd which is more preferable.. specs or contact lens??

It could mean that you need lenses but it could also just be from decreasing your blinking rate. We tend to blink 50% less when paying attention to a task such as reading, looking at the computer, etc. This can dry out your eyes and make them water more (I know it sounds contradictory). Try blinking more and using OTC drops (such as systane or refresh tears - avoid visine). If this doesn't help, see your eye doctor to determine if you need correction for when reading.

Just for reading, specs, but it's happening because your eyes are struggling to have a clear vision of something. You can get reading glasses pretty cheap.
