I know what you mean linda, my son is 6 months, and hes such a good baby. His teeth have not came in yet. I can see the whites under his gum line. Expecting soon to see those little pearls coming in soon. He tends to have a slight fever at times when his teeth are bothering him. The doc says thats normal.

My daughter will be turning 6 months in 3 days. Last night I noticed that her bottom gum was a little swollen. This morning when she woke up the top of the tooth had come through. So it shouldn't be long!!

Our daughter will be 7 months on the same day and still hasn't had any teeth pop. We can, however, look at the front of her gums and see the teeth that are coming and the progress that they make.
It probably won't be long, just be patient, he'll be gnawing off your fingers in no time!

My daughter had signs of teething at 3 months, yet didn't end up getting her first two teeth until 14 1/2 months. Everyone is different. My sister got her first tooth at 1 month. She got hers early, and now is losing her baby teeth earlier than other kids her age.

few days, a couple weeks... it depends. They can linger there for what seems like forever.
Children all develop at different ages. Theyre there, and they'll break the skin soon enough.
But I'd say probably a few days to a couple weeks.

We had the same situation. Our daughters took about 3 weeks before they broke the skin after we felt them like you are feeling yours.

Every baby is different
There is not exact time to tell when those teeth will come in
Just wait it out
