Since Heaven exists where ever Jesus is, then Mary had to be sinless inorder to carry Him in her body. Jesus was sinless. At this time in History, there are no sinless persons walking the face of the earth.

No. We are born to sin and have to come clean of our sin when we reach an age of accountability. Young children that are incapable of understanding their sins are forgiven if they die in that state. Mentally handicapped people unable to reconcile sin or understand the concept fall into this category too. One can attain a state of being sinless only by acceptance of God's salvation plan outlined in Acts Chapter 2 and developing a relationship with God based on study, prayer, supplication and worship.

Even babies are slapped with original sin, so no one is fully sinless. Even if you are forgiven for your sins, you'll go out and start to covet and have lustful thoughts, then comes the idolatry and pffffft!
