It is normal. Many multi-vitamins have more vitamins and minerals in them than your body can absorb and use. These pass through the body and come out in the urine and feces.

Yes, bright almost neon yellow urine is normal when taking vitamins. Urine can range in color from almost clear to an amber color and it is still normal.

when urine is yellow its highly concentrated..

you must be getting more vitamins than your body needs.. (when you have more vitamins than your body you pee them out)

so if the bright yellow worries you just drink more water.. (that will make your urine more dilute so it will seem clear.. and maybe cut down a little on the vitamins if your taking more than one a day)

That's the Vitamin C. However, during the rest of the day, you should drink enough liquid that your urine is nearly clear or clear. Then you're properly hydrated.

All that means, is your body is passing some of the vitamins. You should try taking them with food, that might help your body absorb more. Also, if you are taking more then one pill, you can spread it out, your body can only absorb so much at a time.

yes, when you take lots of vitamins in, your body will absorb what it wants and then just ditch all the extra vitamins (which is why drinking 1000% of a daily value of any vitamin is pointless)
