how can i stop eating junk and loose weight?
ive been trying to loose weight but it isnt working and i love junk food what is the best kind of diet for me? im 12 and 132 ibs and im around 5 and a half feet

An AWESOME diet program, and one that actually works, is called "Spark People". It's a FREE website (www.sparkpeople.com) that is SOOO helpful in losing weight and tracking your progress! It is run by nutritionists, and it encourages a healthy/balanced diet (no fads!). You can track food eaten, read articles about nutrition, exercise, and motivation, talk to experts, receive motivation from other dieters, look up exercises that will work for you, and SO much more! First, stop worrying about losing weight.!32 @ 5"6' is not overweight.Actually it is right in the middle of the reccomended weight for that height. Now to stop eating junk and be healthier and possibly lose weight,drink diet drinks at first they can taste bad but i promise they taste fine after a week or so.Drink lots of water!!!! One it will help you feel full faster and it is just good for you body.Don't order a burger and fries..skip one of them. Dont supersize! And dont fall for the specialty salads and such, they can have as much calories and fat as the burger. Try to keep a healthy snack around,yogurt,apples. Good luck and read the first line again!!

Sounds easy but is really hard, willpower. Stop eating junk. No fast food, subway and other sandwich shops are allright as long as you don't gorge yourself. Exercise is key as well. You don't have to do anything crazy or painful. Try to make it fun, like rollerblading, biking, walking with your dog on a hilly trail, etc. You don't have to run, or use machines in some gym. Go to the governments website

you're just 12 and 132?!!?! well, stop eating junk foods, do not go near the fast foods. do not buy chips and soda in the grocery. eat plenty of fruits. and join some school activity. maybe join the track team, running helps you loose weight fast! or try some weight losing pills like orlistat or reductil.

Simple, Substitute every junk food you like with something else theres always a possibility. If you like Ice-Cream then subsitute it with yogurt ice cream or sorbet. You like french fries then dont have any of it at fast food restaurants instead buy potatoes cut them at home and just bake it in the oven without using any oil. Theres always a way to get around it. And never always trust labels at groceries that says its fat-free dont just look at calories and stuff like that its useless trust me take a look at the ingredients know whats good and whats bad in it like example A fat-free Salad dressing Onions, Thyme (Egg Yolk***) and you should know how much fat an egg yolk has. Maybe you love eggs in the morning but you can always remove the yolk. You like Bufflo wings but you know its bad cause theres so much fat on the wing whilst theres too little protein subsitute that for chicken breast and remove its skin. You need to cook with oil? why not try sesame oil cause if u put a normal bottle of oil in the fridge and place a sesame oil in there see the difference that ill be talking about. =D You dont have to give up your cravings to loose the extra pounds all you need is to plan your diet know whats bad and whats good. yeah your only 12 i wouldn't worry about it to much

dieting anyways.. perhaps just drink some more water instead of the junk food

be careful--your only 12! Talk to your parents or doctor, you can look up some tasty alternatives on different recipe sites, check out the labels on foods you choose--but you really should talk to someone to help you choose some better foods---good luck!

everytime you have the urge to eat something, drink a huge glass of water instead. it is's good for you and makes you full
