Are you referring to Form WH-4? If so, fill in your name, address, etc. I'm sure you figured out that part! The next series of questions is asking about dependents. If no one else can claim you as a dependent, mark "1" for your number of dependents that you can claim. If you have no other income other than your employer, you should break even at the end of the year. If you have any interest or dividends, you may want to claim "0" if you don't want to owe Indiana at tax time.

Go to www.in.gov/dor, and go to the menu on the left hand side of the page marked for individuals for more information. Either that, or on that same website, just type in the form number and that should get you there as well.
