This is dominance posturing, humping is not always sexual for dogs. the two females are exhibiting this posturing in order to determine which one will be dominant.

I had a rat terrier years ago. She was fixed too, but she humped everything! Other dogs, the cat, and she had this one bunny slipper....OMG, she would nail that thing to the floor. And when she got done she'd viciously attack it. I think it's a domination thing. At least that's what my vet said. She wanted to prove she was the dominant animal.

It is not sexual, it is domination. The one doing the "humping" is trying to be the boss of the other dog. It's very normal.

it is a sign of dominance. When they "hump" each other they are actually saying, in dog language, that they are the boss. It has nothing to do with anything sexual.

Don't know that you can stop it- it's their way of showing dominance.
As for the butt-rubbing, dogs can't scratch their butt any other way, so they rub it on the floor. (my dog does it all the time)

This is dog's way of showing dominance. I usually just let them sort out their "rank" themselves. If you really want to stop it as soon as possible, try to help them establish their rank. You can do that by feeding one of them first and have the other one watch. I know it sounds crude, but having the chance to eat first is one of their ways to sort out rank.

It's a dominance thing. That's how dogs show social standing without fighting.

Even fixed animals still have the "feelings", they just can't get pregnant. Just like a human who gets their tubes tied, they still feel pleasure, but just cannot get preggo.
