Look.
I have come out of a break up, she said she just needed some time by herself and BANG 3 weeks later she's with another guy.
I dont get spoken to anymore or even Acknowledged that im alive ( tho she does aviod me).

So how can one person do a dramatic turnaround, it had gone from i'd marry you in a heartbeat to what i said above? I think it is just women in general. I am not bitter or perfect, just confused that i dont get spoken to anymore as i would still like her as a friend.

This was not your 2 mth fling either, this is going on 2 yrs.

Are you sure she changed her mind . . . or your mother changed it for her?

You said that she has been working for your mother . . . and she is 9 years older than you. Odds are . . . she cared about you . . . but she has bills to pay . . . and your mother did not want you to be involved with that woman . . . so she probably gave her an ultimatum . . . either work here or look for work elsewhere.

How old are you . . . early 20's . . . which makes her in her 30s, with nothing accomplished in her life. Your mother is thinking that you will be taking over the family business . . . and this is for you and not your future spouse (whomever it would be).

I think you mother is protect you . . . and is trying to prevent you from hurting yourself . . . by telling her . . . to not even talk to you. This just popped into my head from your information and additional information.

As for the other guy . . . he probably closer to her age . . . while you were younger and more fun . . . she doesn't have to worry about losing her job over you. And as you mention (3) weeks . . . odds are she has been seeing him on the side, while she was seeing you. She was using you . . . and you didn't even see it. Your mother probably did . . . which is why she did what she did.

Look, it takes longer than 3 week for a normal girl to recover from a relationship, unless it wasn't a relationship (in her mind). She wasn't attached to you . . . like you are with her (that is why you are obsessing).

As for women changing their mind . . . it is because of their upbringing . . . women in general can not make up their mind . . . because of their emotional upbringing . . . often changing and swaying their decisions. Look . . . it is for the best that she moved on with her life . . . and you need to do the same. Focus on yourself . . . and your goals and ambition. When the time is right . . . and the right person comes along . . . you will know.

women change their minds for many reasons, men tend to get an idea and once they are sure they are right they hang on to it for dear life.... which is just as big a fault..

I am sorry this has happened to you. It sounds like she possibly thought that saying she needed time to herself was a gentler way of letting you down..

She may not know how to be friends with someone she has been lovers with. She may not know how to approach you or she simply my be feeling guilty around you.

I know this can be a very difficult time for you and you have many questions that just don't seem t have answers or the answers you have will feel unfair. This is a form of grieving. You will get through it.

Firt off you can't go from lover to friend. It just doesn't work. There are too many deep seated feelings.

As to why she did it there could be hundreds of different reasons. My best answer would be because she was tired of you for some reason but didn't want to hurt your feelings.

All women are somewhat bi-polar, some more than others. Just get some sex from her and move on
