My son whom i gave up for adoption, is now back in my life. he wants to change his last name to my maiden name, and i would like to go back to my maiden name, and ideas as to where i should start?

Call your Vital Records office in your county and they can tell you what to do.

Start with the Clerk of Court at your county court house. They should be able to assist you in the proper channels necessary for the name change.

go to the courts not some lawers will give advice and not charge try that i know u can do it when u get a divorce. not sure how son would do it.

You will need to go to your local courthouse and there are documents available to do this. Or is they have a website you can download the documents from there.
