More likely you and your buddies will be pretending that the war never happened.

Look at just how ignorant you are of events in Iraq.

What makes you think that you and your buddies are going to achieve anything? All you are is empty words.

We'll never "cut and run". There's too much money to make on Iraq in the future. They still have one of the largest untapped oil reserves in the world and we need every extra barrel we can get.
I supported the war from the beginning but I never supported the story they said about the WMDs, I mean come on now lol.
I, for one, wish that Bill Clinton was still President... Just cuz he got a hummer doesn't make him a bad President. In fact, I give him props for the fact that he did lol. He was amazing and left our country in amazing shape upon his departure.

The situation at hand is this, Iraq will have some sort of US military presence for the next 50 to 100 years for the meer fact that they have oil that we want and we don't leave that much potential money behind, it's not the American way.
I'd never laugh at the war supporters just for the fact that so many people have died. If you don't support your troops and what they do daily, that's your choice. Your not a bad person for it, although I don't think your a good person either lol.

To end this, thanks for the two points buddy.

No. I was against the war on the false pretext of removing the (nonexistent) WMD. I told anyone that would listen that Bush and Bliar and the Neo-cons who have hijacked and shamefully dragged the Conservative movement in America into disrepute, where lying and this Iraq war was wrong, ill advised, morally unfathomable and tactically and strategically dubious at best.

I take no pleasure AT ALL at being proved right by events over there.

I was hoping that some-how I could be proven wrong. I would be delighted even now, at being proven wrong. But that would not bring back the many tens of thousands of innocent people who have died.

The US and UK Government claim that there is no moral equivalence between Terrorism and War, as Terrorists deliberately target the innocent, whereas in the West's war, Innocents are collateral damage and their deaths are regrettable.

I understand their point, but terrorism springs from the reality of the injustice experienced when innocent's die.

This brings up another form of moral equivalence, who is the greater terrorist? those that deliberately target the innocent and only kill a few? or those that target terrorists and kill many many more innocents?

I am sure that the relatives of any innocent that has died in this conflict would not care whether their loved one was deliberately targetted or not, but would rather they where not dead, and will have feeling of hate for the people who caused the death.

If that were to happen and you were to tell me i told you so!! go ahead, thats your right. Will you rub it in? sure do that to, its your right. Will you laugh at me? go ahead, its still your right. But, when another plane crashes into a building or some sort of terrorist act occurs, what 3 questions or statements do you think i will be asking you? My heroes aren't Superman or batman or spiderman, mine are all the people who wake up everyday and either salute or place their hands over there heart and look at our flag and understand what it stands for and symbolizes and then say "I PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE". Because were the ones who give a damn to try and make the world a better place. No one said the path to victory was an easy one, no one said we are perfect and that we don't make mistakes. But it takes courage, dicipline, and patientce, thank goodness that we live in a country thats got all three. Wars will never end, people will always die, but as long as a country like ours and the good people of this world keep up the fight, may we never see the day when evil conquers all.

It sounds like 30 years after the actual incontrovertible fact that leaving Vietnam grew to become into the ideal determination. learn it to places that we fought and did not pass away like Guantanamo. Germany Japan Korea I comprehend that protecting bases all international extensive is nice employer. yet once you learn Vietnam to Korea i think of leaving labored out greater perfect than staying. a great Joint stress Base in Basra may well be a good option. safeguard a military presence to guard the oil tankers. and Air skill waiting to scramble. alongside with a Predator drone operation Hub. it would enable the army to pass away Saudi Arabia Halliburton ought to get the settlement to the two build the Basra base in Southern Iraq. this might make corrupt politicians happy. And Halliburton ought to decontaminate the Saudi bases after the army left. as a results of fact the Saudis think of people as disgusting pigs we'd choose to bathe the sand as quickly as we left. This defeats AlQuida's best argument that American Infidels are on Holy floor (Saudi Arabia) Defeats the U. S. occupation of Iraq argument. helps the government to not "cut back-N-Run" jointly as on a similar time it keeps a presence to guard the Oil investments. Win Win subject

The US will not "cut and run". Period. I would say that the odds are on three different people to win the next election, Senator John McCain, Rudy Guliani and Hillary Clinton. None of those 3 will cut and run.

The so called "war lovers" will have the last laugh when we have to go back in because the tree hugging hippies pulled us out be fore we could complete the job. And the next time it will be VERY bloody....for our side especially.
