Unfortunately, your definition of 'pretty' and everyone else's is different. We all have a style or a feel that we prefer.

The first thing I'd suggest is an image search engine such as http://images.yahoo.com or http://images.google.com and search for something you find pretty. Such as butterflies, sunets, lakes, etc. Set the filter to large images so you can be sure to get a high-quality image that, when saved, aren't blurry and will print at a fairly large size.

Other sites such as http://www.webshots.com work out decent, however, you won't get a guarentee on the size of the image so it may not be all that large. http://www.deviantart.com is another good one that also shows some large images that will print well with little image loss.

Just search for pictures on google-images. Perform an advanced search, and select that you want large images. This means the image is more likely to have a greater resolution, so that when you print it, it will not come out all blurry and pixelated.

In order to capture the pictures you find, you have a few options:
Windows - right click on the picture and "save picture as" to your desktop. If this doesn't work you can take a screen shot of the picture - [Ctrl] + [Prt Sc/ Print Screen] and then click [Ctrl] + [V] when you want to paste the image.
Mac - drag picture and drop it on your desktop.

To make a picture look better, try manipulating it in a photo editing program. Also, using high quality photo paper helps with print quality too. I like to use Kodak satin finish photo paper.

If the pictures are coming out blury it is probably because they are low resolution. Large resolution pictures aren't typically used on the internet because they take up too much bandwidth and are overkill when just viewing on a computer screen. That's why your pictures might look ok on a web page but poor when printed.

If you do a "photo search"

http://images.search.yahoo.com/search/images?p=landscape&ei=UTF-8&fr=FP-tab-img-t-t400&x=wrt

you can find lots of pictures. Just search for different terms, like landscape, pretty, cool animals, action sports, or anything that comes to mind.

To limit the search to pictures large enough for printing, go to advanced search and choose either "large" or "wallpaper."

You will see on the search results that each picture's resolution is displayed. I wouldn't bother with anything less than Super VGA (1024 X1280).

Finally, once you find a good high res picture you like, you will pobably find lots more on that web page.

Good luck!

Try National Geographic!!! I love their photography and it comes out really nice from the printer. You have to do a little searching but it is well worth it.
