No formula is magic. A sure work formula though would definitely be:-
1. Set your targets - Know what are the results you want to achieve. Give yourself a realistic time-frame (Don't try to be hero). Draw out an exercising timetable (at least 30 minutes of workout 3 times a week).
2. Stay committed and focus - No targets set would be useful unless you have the discipline to stick to it. Get a partner to help remind you of your objectives.
3. Motivate yourself - The results will not show in days. No magic here. Put in hard work, effort and persevere.
4. Once you get the results you've wanted, reward yourself! No! Not indulge in calories! Treat yourself to a good spa, a short trip, better still, new clothes to compliment your new figure!

This question implies that there is a shortcut to achieving a body like Mr Singapore. This is untrue, there is no scientifically proven way to get into "fabulous shape" without hard work. (If there is, please bring this answer into doubt but quote your sources, I want to know desperately.) The answer to the question is there's no such thing as magic or Santa. But here's the near-magic formula which can serve as an alternative answer for people who don't believe in hard work. On the first day of this 3 months magic time, you call a cosmetic surgeon for an appointment then fax him a photo of Mr Singapore. With some luck you get to lie on the operating table for 1 week and get near-magically transformed into a dreamy hunk. Next step, you spend the next 2 months and 3 weeks recovering in the hospital from this traumatic modifications to your body. And thus by the end of 3 months, you are in fabulous shape. It's almost magic!

In order to have a fabulous shape, one must be healthy. So,
Step 1: Put on a smile everyday, be happy. Being a happy person is the basic criteria to stay healthy.
Step 2: Have your breakfast everyday. Breakfast is the most important meal in a day.
Step 3: Drink more water. It helps to clear up your body system.
Step 4: Do simple exercise such as jogging, swimming & even walking as often as possible. Atleast 2 to 3 times a week.
Whatever you do, always have this in mind: Do thing within your limit, never try to over do it. Same applys when U eat or exercise. Do not overeat & do not over stress your body.
By having a healthy body, automatically you would feel that U are in good shape!

First, upon waking up, a series of stretching exercises or light yoga to limber up. Then a good breakfast, healthy not heavy on foods that will weigh you down. Allow some time for digestion then aerobic exercise that gets the heart rate up and weight lifting. That's what I do and I am 55, am 6' 8" and weigh 170. No excess weight for me. I need to do more of the aerobics but these things done (in moderation about 1 hour a day) keep me in shape. If I did more time, I would probably be more muscular than I am since I once did a bunch of upper body exercises and now have more chest muscle than I did when I was 20! Someone said sleep. Very true. So....stretch, eat healthy, good aerobics to keep heart rate good, weight training for resistance and sleep!

Haha, your idea of a fabulous shape and mine are quite different ;)
As a girl, my idea of getting into a fabulous shape would be to slim down and be big at the right places and small at the right ones as well.. muahahaha... I dun really need the huge muscles tat you have (but I must say they look really great on you!)
My magic formula is:
Step 1: Get ready your mindset.
Believe you can become anything you want and get into any shape you want. Get ready your mindset so that you are willing to work at getting a great shape no matter how tough and how many temptations come your way.
Step 2:
Fasting with a juice therapy, I lost 15kg within 2 months and...
I dropped 3 dress sizes;
Lost tonnes of fat and junk from my body;
Toned up my body;
Made my skin more radiant;
My hair turned softer and
Enjoyed an increase in energy level.
Step 4: Lost the fats, build the muscles
Now that I have lost the fats and build the foundation muscles, it would be time to shape them so that the big remain big and the small remain small...
To do that, i went to the gym and followed the body for life workout.
Step 5: Most important step- Maintanance
I follow a healthy lifestyle and eat healthy. Fruits for breakfast, normal meals and try not to eat after 8pm.
I continue to think healthy and find more reasons to stay in this tip top condition.
The end result?

To be in love with oneself is a lifelong romance,A "fabulous shape" that you have displayed is earned throught perseverance and discipline, however most of the time all that is under the clothes we wear, the only time anyone can displayed some brawns is when they are on the beach and swimming pool,so i could only imagine there is a tremendous of amount self-admiration sustaining the discipline in order to built all that brawns
just so the person could look in the mirror from time to time and feel satisfied about himself which in this case, the magic formula is none other than a mixture of self-adoration and a little inferiority complex to spark that drive that is needed to get a person started and the rest will come like an avalanche,results bred continuance,continuance bred results.

3 months are really short notice period in order to get into fabulous shape.
But in practical reality, it required hard work & exercising smart in order to be successfully in shape as per your objective.
Henceforth, 3 magic formulas are :
-Engaging a trainer so that you can be disciplined & religiously strictly follow the exercise routine regime
- Eat healthy diet & avoid eating late dinners. Never skip your breakfast as it's the beginning of your first day. Best time to take your last meal (as mentioned in Reader's digest) are between 7-8pm
- Sleep early so that you can have a fresh minds n looks every morning you wake up for the very next day. Having a fabulous shape does not only focus on your body but it's the overall impression, including your fresh looks & smiles.

First and foremost, one must drink sufficient water. It must not be less than 8 glasses a day, considering that temperate in Singapore is very high. Water will keep the skin well toned and healty. Furthermore, water is required in the digestion process so drinking enough water will add less stress to the body system - which translates to the ability of the body to build up muscles.
Next, it's about what you eat. I leave you with the following quote:
"Kids nowadays...tend to go overboard on protein --- something I believe to be totally unnecsssary...I state in my formula for basic good eating: Eat about one gram of protein for every two pounds of body weight." ---Arnold Schwarzenegger
By the way, Arnold Schwarzenegger is a vegetarian. So do eat sufficient greens as well.
And finally...work out. Build those muscles by doing ciruit training (or physical training). Go to the gym, pump weights. Don't rush through the trainings. Execute each move correctly and slowly. And hold for 10 counts when your muscles are fully extended.

I guess you got to exercise with a customised plan. What do I mean by that? There are different types of exercises which are targetted at toning, burning or building different parts of the body. Therefore we should ask ourselves how we want to look and which areas of our body we want to deal with before coming out with an exercise plan. It would be more efficient that way. For example, I want slimmer and toner legs, I should be doing more squating related exercises. I don't believe that we need to get all drained and tired while toning. Those exercise can be simple and effective when performed correctly.
Another element would be our diet. Having more protein rich food would help build the body. But we also have to take note what other substance comes with the food. Too much oil in the chicken (removal of skin and draining the fat), high water content or too much salt in the seasoning would drain all your efforts to zero. Best to keep them at their natural flavor, if not, we could spice them up with some natural herbs. Carbohydrates in starch rich food do pump us up too. We have to watch out on that. Supplements would do good as well.
However most importantly, we need to make sure that we get the required nutrients and minerals that our body needs. So we shouldn't deprive our body of them.
With that, we could eat smart and exercise smart and get into fabulous shape!
