There is no way to stop a payment on a slip you signed , but if you recieved a faulty product and they are not willing to take it back you can always fight the charge and the credit card company will fight on your behalf.

Contact your credit card company.

If there is something wrong with the product, and it can be returned, you should be able to return it. Take the product back to the store and ask for a refund.
