Christianity didn't evolve from Judaism. Judaism was around, and then Christianity was revealed as a religion by Jesus Christ and came into being at one time, no evolution. Evolution is gradual, or as some theories would put it punctuated, Christianity was neither. It was essentially a continuation of Judaism by Jesus, who was sent by God to reveal the religion. And then a couple hundred years later, God sent the Prophet Muhammad to reveal Islam as a continuation of Christianity.
