I don't feel anything when I hear his name. I don't feel anything when I see him. I don't feel anything at all. Just empty. But all this time I thought I was in love with him. It's so confusing! I do get curious as to what he is up to and how his life's been and sometimes I do think about him. I used to all the time but not really anymore. Am I in love with my ex or not?

You're not in love. You propbably just like the guy as a friend. trust me, whan you are in love, you'll feel it in your heart, soul and body. When you see him, think of him and when you miss him.

It sounds like you are not in love. When it is love, you smile when you see him, think of him or just hear his name. Love is not an empty feeling, but a wonderful feeling that takes over everything else. You should hold out for the real thing, don't settle for less.

How could u be inlove if u nothin for him? Duhhhhhhhh. Caring about how someone is doin or where they are is not love. I'm inlove with someone, I think bout him all the time, last ting at nite-first ting in the morning. When I hear his voice my heart races, when I seem him my face brakes out in a smile. I care about him deeply, when he's sad or havin a rough time, I feel the same way especially if there's nothin I can do to help him. He makes me feel good about myself and he respects me and vice versa.

It's normal to wonder about old friends and acquaintences are doing. But if you don't feel anything when you see him or hear his name, you're not in love with him any more. Get over it and get on with your life. There's plenty of other fish in the sea.

I wouldn't say you are still in love with him. You once had emotions and feelings for him, so it was once there. It's a curiosity too that you have. It's hard to just erase someone totally and completely out of your mind...you just can't do it!

Nope. you may be in love with the "idea" of being with him. You will know when you are in love. Those feelings never fade (not even a little) in fact, they only get stronger with time.

I don't think you are in love with him. How long has it been since you broke up? It seems like you have moved on. You think about him a little, but it just seems like curiosity, not love.

Nah. You're in love if you feel hollow without them, and you feel wonderful with them. When your heart beats faster when you see them, you can't wait to be near them, you'd go anywhere for them, and you can't stop thinking about them, then you're in love.
