Sir,

Ministry and Department of the Environment and Confusion

We note your request for notification of said plastic bottle top recycling depot and are pleased to inform you that following careful consideration and much deliberation we tentatively agree that the reclaiming of polypropylene and petrochemical nylon would be advantageous and beneficial to the Government's spearheading policy on waste management.

Furthermore, we are with some provisions investigating the possibility of a proposed siting of a collection point for the said artifacts within the next 5 years, when a suitable site has been found for the collection point. We propose the collection of blue caps only, for a trial period at the national recycling depot adjacent the new Nuclear Power Station to be sited on the nature reserve in Cornwall. Other colours, will be collected following successful completion of the Hinkley point station. Please note that it will be a requirement of participants of the recycling scheme to register their participation in triplicate, where upon suitable protective clothing and breathing apparatus will be dispatched which are to be used when attending the recyling point.

Should you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact our automated switchboard.

Cynically yours,

Minister of Misinformation

You can put them in the recycling box that the local council collects and empties every week or fortnight.

Sorry, I have never heard of any bottle-top recycling scheme.
