Has anyone install solar engery panels? What at pros & cons? Any recommendations regarding brand?

Pros are pretty obvious that you rely on solar energy more than elctric and gas there fore utlities are cheap. and they are so easy to put in and install.
cons- the solar panels over time lose power a little over time and eventually they need replaced, the panels are really expensive, and the battery back up that is required is a lot of space needed.

hey i have 3 -45 watt panels on top of my house, i have trees all around my house, very small amounts of sun gets to the panels,they still keep 1 battery charged up that runs my water pump for my whole house,works very well,they a very costly ,for 3 panels about $500 all the brands are about the same

I installed solar panels. HIMIN solar panel is very good. it has good product qulity and sevice.

yes I am. if the battery u r charging is of high voltage u will get better result.
