1stly, identify whether the child actually has typhoid. Lab tests include Widal test - a blood test, and based on the signs and symptoms.
With appropriate treatment, not-too-severe typhoid can be cured in a couple of weeks. Today it is highly treatable and definitely not as dangerous as it once was.
Management: On admission to a hospital the child will be prescribed an adequate diet. Medications need to be taken as prescribed, please comply perfectly with the regimen for a good outcome. DIET:A high calorie, high protein, high carbohydrate, low fat, high fluid, low fibre, and bland diet is advisable for typhoid patients

Hospital food, and FAST. Typhoid? Are you kidding? If you even begin to suspect that your child has typhoid, get him to a bloody hospital instead of wasting your time writing crackpot letters to a website.

please don't take advice from anyone here on something this serious. this is a child who needs medical attention not uneducated opinions.
take your child to the doctor and they will tell you exactly how to handle the situation.

I know you get this from unsafe food or water but your best bet is go to the doctor.
