this is a short period of time don't do anything crazy start excising A.S.A.P. at lease 3x a day for 30min CUT off sugar from this day forth.

I would swim laps in a local pool everyday. It's fun and it's the best exercise for summer because you're not sweating your butt off. I have knee problems so i can't run or so to the gym, so my doctor told me to swim laps in order to stay fit. i've swam everyday this summer and lost 4 pounds and inches off my waist since I started. Oh, and just as a forwarning, swimming laps underwater burns hardly any calories, while swimming laps above burns a ton of calories. Good luck, hope that helped!

there is a diet named Metalim, with low carb ingestion, but you have to see your doctor to start, but you can lose 25 kilograms after one month. i have a friend who loose 30 kilograms about a year and half and he is still that way.

no eating after 8 pm protien for dinner snack protien bars (there good) pilates and sit ups and LOTS OF WATER NO SODA and cut down on carbs

running....every day....in order to lose weight you have to eat less (healthier) calories e.g. salads, eggs, etc. and run run run alot!
