No, not really. If so, we wouldn't live as long as we do. 150 years ago, pneumonia, measles, diphteria, smallpox, asthma, food poisoning etc etc killed lots of people. Women died in childbirth. Babies died. We cure more diseases today than we've ever been able to, including cancer. Even with terminal diseases, sick people can live longer and with a reasonable life quality. But because we live longer, there's an increase of diseases that mostly effect old people, like problems with eyes, blood circulation, skeleton, confusion etc.

It's more a question of rich versus poor, IMO. The situation in the Third World is as bad as it was here some hundred years ago. In the Western world, we can choose our lifestyle. We can live healthy lives if we want to, with good food, exercise, well-equipped homes etc. Some people choose not to and become sick and obese.

On the other hand, mental illnesses, anxiety, depressions, suicide and violent behaviour increase in the western world, so maybe good health & living is not equivalent to happiness?

Only time can tell. We've been exposed to more complicated chemicals some of which are carcinogens. The food we eat these GMO's (genetically modified organisms) and the meat we with their growth hormone. There are so many new variables introduced into our metabolism. No doubt that our medical technology had increased dramatically, but with it so has our dependency on Antibiotics, which we are now see bacteria strains that are resistant to antibiotics. Right now there is a great deal of uncertainty. But I am confident in our ability to research. Research is our greatest accomplishment.

Unhealthy yes and here is why. I have a nice sized back yard, I have a basketball hoop and court. Yet instead of playing I lounge around playing video games instead of doing the same thing "physically" I am playing on a console.

We have went from manually doing things to pressing buttons, in alot of ways it is sad.

Disease prone? In the sense of obesity and health problems related to obesity I'd say yes.

I think as technology advances, we are more likely to unhealthy habits and to get sick easily.

Human is part of the nature, our current ways of life does not provide enough substance physically and mentally which will leads to good health. Most people that are healthy usually have to work for it and look out on their diet.

For example, most food that is being serve in restaurant and fast food places are not healthy to eat if you really look into it. Most of the meat fast food places injects with hormone for faster & fatter growth, which we later eat them into our body. Also fried food such as fries and carbonated soda is bad for health as well and create obesity by bombarding commercial and advertisement to minor and children without properly educating the public.

Another concerns is the electromagnetic field that's being generated by all the electrical applicances and large antennas. Even though they are still studying the effects of the field to health, but some studies already found it have certain health issues to the people near by.

Of course medical technology is advancing and we are getting better at helping ppl, but I don't think its enough to stop all of things that's happen to us.

Its had its plusses and its minusses. Having medical equipment to monitor health and detect problems as well as the drugs and therapies to deal with those problems, like blood pressure or cholesterol for example, is a big plus. However sitting around on ones ...chair for work, eating too much, eating fats, smoking, drinking, smog, chemical pollution etc is a big negative. People do need to get more exercise, that is important for keeping healthy hearts, lungs, bone mass, muscle, and warding off diabetes. Take a lap!

properly, you spoke back area of your question your self, per chance without understanding it, because as you say that is a decision.some men do, and some do not; like breast augmentations. i imagine it is common to love what you want, yet as i think about who choose one 'form' over yet another, maximum men are a minimum of particularly keen about the female style and all it is spectacular curvaceousness. My guess is that once a even as has handed you'll locate that the girl who's hooked as a lot as those brilliant mammalia, will be extra significant to you than her outer visual charm and also you're going to adore each and every thing about her, consisting of what ever length and structure her breasts take position to be. On a own be conscious: my selection is the organic boob, because pretend ones must be too agency and "plastic" and so don't experience as solid as a extra yielding form, i.e.- i love the genuine ingredient purely nice! I do imagine that females human beings might want to experience free with themselves and under no circumstances bow to "societal pressures", yet we both understand the reality of it is particularly diverse than purely affirming that, and it is extra complicated of an difficulty than that. you're surely no longer on my own besides the undeniable fact that, if others did not like improvements of this type, women human beings does no longer challenge themselves to those techniques. i wish this has helped.

I don't think so. "Modern living" includes modern medicine, modern hygene standards and modern nutrition, all of which contribute to our ever-increasing life expectancy. Flu, measles, cholera and countless other diseases are no longer automatic death sentences they used to be. Athletes are beating records that were completely out of reach for our ancestors. If you think that our lifestyle of too much work, too much booze, too much couch and too much junk food is unhealthy, all you have to do is study history and see how sick and miserable people used to be. I agree, we've gotten softer and weaker, but I think we just adapted to our new environment.
