Good God, of course it's not her responsibility.
If there are stains (and there wouldn't be any if you had a condom, right?), then it's your responsibility to clean it.

It all depends. I mean who's Couch? Who initiated the sex?And who got the best pleasure? I mean if its her couch, yeah but if its his, he's doing the cleaning. Now if she initiated the sex, then by all means its on her but if it was his idea, he does the duty. And if the guy is just so worn out chances are he got the most pleasure so clearly he cleans, but if it blew her mind then HE's GOOD!

If he is your husband .. both should cooperate with this and take it easy
If not and this happened in your own house it's your responsibility ( it's a public sanitation )
If his house he should clean it
If in any place Else ... house keeper will do it
