How can get rid off my apathy for everything, i am 27 and don't give a really damn about anything, yesterday i found 50 euro on the street i wasn't really happy, my reaction is always; "yeh well, nice".
Or i bought something for real bargain, and my reaction was once again: "Well, nice". I don't like company, i don't like loud music. A year ago i used to play music on my 1000 watt system, but now i only want to sleep. My neighbours make more noise than me, they are all over 70. I guess i need natural way to get over it. What is your suggestion?
P.S. Sorry for my spellings, English is not my mother tong.

i think it is good for you to realize what you feel, what you want and dont want. everybody has these kind of periods. if you feel like that more than six weeks, it might be depression. but it hink it is an acute period, in other words temporarly. it is not completly apathy, because you still have energy to irritiate your neighbours :) it is still a reaction to the world.
maybe you can try to write how you feel day by day. it is boring at first, maybe you might not find enough energy to write, but it works well in long term period.
give time to yourself, nobody feels like that forever. you will feel better soon.

Maybe you are just growing up. Kids play music loud to get lost in it and to feel disconnected with their real life. I don't think you are depressed, otherwise you probably would be sleeping a lot. Another thought is.. has there been a major change in your life? Have you gained weight (that can make you feel lethargic (lazy) By the way you do very well writing English as a second language! I am impressed. For now I think you should enjoy the quiet and let yourself rest for a bit. Read a good book, find a new hobby. As long as you are eating, going to work and your habitat is not a pig pen you will be just fine.

It sounds like you are experiencing some kind of depression. You need to speak with a doctor before it gets worse. It seems as though you loved music once and now things have taken an extreme turn. Please get help because your so young and have so much life ahead of you. You should be excited about new experiences and every tomorrow. Praise God for all of the blessings he is giving you (the 50 euro and the bargain you received) and learn to appreciate the good because it could turn bad for you real quick. Be glad for the blessings you have because others have it so much worse than you.

It sounds as if you are suffering from depression. When I was 27, I still had loads of energy and was certainly more active than 70 year olds. Have you experienced a big loss recently or had a series of set backs?? Is work getting boring? Even if none of these things have happened, you really should look into it.

you're in denial, you are depressed. but if you want an alternative to drugs and doctors try vitamins, exercise, and lots of water. It helps to have the energy to get excited before you actually can. I'm serious about the vitamins, it worked for me, A multi-vitamin once a day for a few weeks.

Is there anything in your life that has meaning? If not, look for something that can give meaning in your life. Perhaps you could volunteer at a shelter for the needy, or work with animal rescue. Also ask yourself why have the things in your life become meaningless. I wish you the best.
