Coffee is acidic/and a stimulant and the extra acid in the morning or between meals may bother your stomach, thus causing the digestive system to try to rid the system of the irritant and cause increased peristaltic action (muscular contractions of the digestive system) to end up with the cramping and churning of the gut until you have a forced release of the contents in the form of a BM.....(dump!)

you are allergic to high content of caffeine and if you are taking milk with it , it's either lactic acid intolerance as high caffeine content acts as as simulator for the system with lactic acid to put some pressure over the intestine or you are suffering from colitis an infection of the intestine or stomach from H.Pylori bacteria, consult a doctor and have stool R/E test done.

Some people just can't tolerate certain things. It sounds like your stomache can not tolerate coffee so don't drink it.

That's the way coffee works. That's why they tell you to drink coffee when you're constipated.
