ok my moms neighbor is always outside watching me whenever im outside talking on the phone. or when im outside with my mom and dad and they need 2 run 2 the store 4 sumthing he always asks if im going 2 stay here and do i need sum1 2 watch me and how long theyre going 2 b out. and he is known 2 want 2 get in anyones pants that has boobs. like my other neighbor who is 18 he was trying 2 get into her pants but now it seems hes been leaving her alone and paying 2o much more attenion 2 me. asking about my whereabouts what they have planned and am i going. i heard even 1 time when my mom was drunk she doesnt lock the doors at night he snuck in and had sex with her. but the strange thing is hes always trying 2 send me in the house when i get out of line. and we constantly argue aboutdumb things. and he always picks fights with me just 2 get a rise out me. and says if he was my father hed give me a good spanking. so my question is what is up with him latly and should i warn my parents?

well thats kind of freaky all of it. what the hell is mom doing leaving doors open and he just walked in and screwed her. where were u at when this happend and where was ur dad. this guys is harrasing u. if hes making u uncomfortabe then u need to tell him and warn him u will call the cops. it might even be sexual harrasment. as long as ur offened. i know had big mandatory meeting bout it at work. so yeah look it up and c for yourself. this guy can be trouble. still the fact he came in ur house screwed ur mom is crazy.be careful

You did not mention your age or this guy's age. If he is 18 or over, he is considered an adult. You stated he has snuck in and had sex with your mom when she was drunk. That is RAPE and should be reported no matter how much time has elapsed since then.
From what you say, he certainly sounds like a stalker. Stalkers do bad things starting with what you have told until they advance into much worse things. Please stay away from this person and ignore any advances from him.
Again, talk to your parents about this as soon as possible. Do not delay!

uh yeah warn your parents.My next question is how old are you?And how old is this neighbor? If you are under 18 and hes over 18 then this could turn into a serious situation.This guy could be a pedophile.What ever you do do not put yourself in a situation where you are alone with this guy he could do things that arent to cool.Your parents need to be told whats going on even if you are 18 so they can be aware and keep an eye out. He could also turn out to be a stalker since he seems so interested in what your doing and where your going its not any of his business what going on in your life. Make sure that the curtains are closed in your room he probaly peeping on you.Just be careful this guy dosent sound ok

Honey if you are under the legal age tell your parents. Lock the doors when they are not home. try to avoid this creep.
If you are over the age and feel you can make good choices (and I don't think HE is a good choice) then it is up to you. He sounds like a creep and is probably best avoided. If the rumour about the night your mom was drunk is true, then this guy is dangerous.
