Of course your question collapses in on itself.
If he messed up so much, what makes you think that you can file a suit? Where would you get the idea of punitive damages if he is so unfair? The irony is thick!! You cry out that he is a screwup on your computer through the internet, probably with a full stomach and wearing good clothes.

People God may have created us and man screwed everything up. Man can blame God all he wants but at the end of the day man can sue anyone for any silly reason and thats the law.
So, the only thing i can think of is if you dont know his exact whereabouts/address you could pay a baliff or a private investigator to track him down and summonse him with the papers to court.

Give the lawsuit to me. I dont like YHWH Yeshua Jehova or whatever you want to call him either. He did a lot of damage to this Earth and he will pay dearly. I spoke out agianst him and Allah (they are two seperate gods) and i was put to sleep for it. Now that im awake Jehovah and ALlah are being hunted like dogs, and the Ancient Gods and Goddesses are very angry with Jehovah and Allah. To you christian nuts Jesus is not God thats a nasty rumor spread by John the murderer aka John the Baptist.

I'd file against all the heads of the major religions. The Vatican and the Pope being the most obvious. For an act of god, one must look to those claiming to represent him. I'd hurry though. The Catholic church is hurting for money, what whith all the childmolestation suits .

What a "Terrible" thing to say!!! And why does everybody always put the "Blaim" on "Poor-God" anyway !!!???? Its not HIM, at all, thats the one too blaim........Its "satan" himself !!! Thats the guy your after, that you need to sue, in a "Big" way !!! But, you wouldn't get one red cent, from the loser !!! You do know, satan, was Gods right-hand man, once upon a time !! And God loved him so much, he gave him "Power",, But, it went to satan's head, and he started doing evil things, so God had his "Angel", kick him out of heaven........He gave him only power to be "Ruler of the Air" in which, this was probably thee "Ultimate" disgraceful, "Demotion", he could have ever received......That was until, he got to start having "Fun" messing with all of us !!! Now, he's probably just laughing away !!!! And, I know his days are "Numbered", God's just waiting for the "Right" time, to start all those things written in Revelations........However, the bible says: He comes, like a Roaring Lion, seeking whom he can devour....(satan) its talking about, Not God !!! And satan, will try to confuse people into thinking this is all God's doing he'll use music, people, drugs, alcohol, anything satan, can to destroy each and every one of us, including those "Devil" worshippers !! They think their doing right by satan, by all their evil deeds, they do. Those satan worshippers, but satan, hates, hates, hates, anyone, who is made in "Gods image", and will try to destroy even them..... So, you are after, the wrong one, definately !!!

Don't you will be counter suit! You will lose and have no evidence that it is badly created. It is our thoughts and actions that blundered it. Point that finger at yourself.
First fact did you see GOD do it. Second when GOD created this World was it as you have said (were you present). Lastly, try and bring the defendent to court,if you dare.
Please let GOD do his work and Satan his work and man their work.

Most legal systems require written evidence that you've attempted to resolve the issue with the accused first.
Keep the stamp on that letter. It'd be worth something.

Go file a petition at the state supreme court (In the state that you reside in)
I don't normally recommend it but you may want to consider self representation in this matter.

You couldn't file a lawsuit against your landlord if you and your wasted buddies had a 15,000-year-long party in your apartment, trashed the place and killed a few guests in the process. It just wouldn't work.
