WW has a feature for paid members you can do this; it gives you calories, fat, sodium, cholestorol...everything. Is there another site I don't have to pay for?

NutritionData.com (http://www.nutritiondata.com). You can search for the individual ingredients and build a recipe in thier Pantry program. This will then analyze the recipe and let you know what the values are. I've been playing with it for a bit and it is kinda cool.

Yahoo! Health (http://health.yahoo.com/recipe/) has recipes that include all of the nutritional information and is a good source for healthy cooking.

The CalorieLab (http://www.calorielab.com/) also has caloric information based on food type. This includes brand named prepared foods, frozen items, etc.

I use www.fitday.com. It's really for counting the calories you eat in a day (which I use it for), but if you go to a blank day if you're not using it to count, just enter in all of the ingredients (it has a database) and go to reports and you can find out all the nutritional information.

Yes. Go to http://www.allrecipes.com

Look at the recipes there. They will show you the nutritional content of each recipe.
