kneel down on all fours then raise up one leg behind you so that the thigh is level with the floor, now 'slowly lift' that leg just a few inches and lower a few inches - repeat. This is a small but powerful exercise, avoid throwing your leg about keep slow, the cramping in your leg/ bum will be a sign to stop for the day. Do both legs of course

Running on an uphill incline on a treadmill or a stairmaster...these exercises are not only cardiovascular (fat burning) they also strenghten and tighten the gluteal muscles.
