I had a duck egg once. It was a stronger taste than a regular chicken egg, and the yolk was twice as big proportionally to the white as a chicken egg. It was also farm fresh too! I'd eat duck egg again if I could find it closer to home.

Duck eggs are very tasty, maybe an aquired taste as they tend to be strong. Quail eggs are okay. Nothiing though to my mind beats a lovely brown fresh egg from a chicken, boiled and served with a delicious slice of crusty bread toasted. Oh yes dripping with butter of course!!!

I have had quail eggs, they are really small, so I have to fix about 6-8 to have a decent breakfast! They are really good! Better than chicken eggs/

duck eggs richer with bigger yolk. My 11 yr old would never eat a chicken egg again if I would give him duck eggs always.

Yes, have eaten duck and quails eggs. Duck egg was "1,000 year" preserved egg - yolk had turned green and albumen turned to black jelly substance. Its an acquired taste.

An ostrich egg feeds a family of four for breakfast. Very tough to break but quite tasty. No good for egg and chips (Tip)

YES, quail, duck, gull, bantam... I suspect that all bird eggs ( as oppose to turtle/crocodile etc) are delicious, although seabird eggs are a bit fishy/salty
