U got concrete proof that she is lesbian ? If not, try to understand one thing that girls mix with other girls intimately and not like boys. So you might be assuming that she is lesbian while she may not be.
Try to befriend her.i am sure you will find that she is normal. Otherwise also 15 yrs is too young an age to become lesbian...

well I guess you should tell her how you feel about her, maybe that will change her and you also have to remmember you are only 15 you have a long time ahead of you, to find some perfect for yourself.

I guess its nothing wrong liking this gal.
Go up to her and tell her that you like her and date her out for a movie or a coffee.
who knows, you may change her lifestyle and she may began to be normal girl after all.
