Go to http://www.atkins.com
This web site will help you to follow the Atkins diet. If you click (upper right of home page) 'atkins nutritional approach', you will find a link the says 'carb counter'. Click on that and you can download a pdf form that you can save and print out. It lists many different foods by categories and shows carbs, fiber, and net carbs.
By the way, the Atkins diet is not deadly. Some people don't agree with it but I have never heard anyone that is sane say it is deadly.
I have been on the diet for over a year. I lost 30 lbs and kept it off. I am now following the maintenance routine. There are many low carb foods to help people now, like low carb bread, tortillas, yogurt, etc.
Good luck.

Not sure what you are asking for, but the basic idea of Atkins is:
First two weeks - eat 20 grams of carbs or less.
After that, slowly add in 5 carbs a week until weight loss stops. Drop back down 5 grams to keep losing weight.
Once you are the weight you desire, add the 5 carbs back and stay on the diet.
If you like sweets, sugarfree jello is your best friend!

As far as I know the Atkin's diet has been proven to be not only healthy, but possibly deady.
